Abstract
An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculutre and Forestry to implement EC directives for fruit and vegetables. When advertising a classified product, this must be indicated together with the price; furthermore, the quality class has to be stated also when a bill is issued. Article 6 prescribes penalties in case of violation of this Ordinance which consists of 6 articles.
