Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Ordinance (BGBl. No. 253/1996). Inter alia, article 17 establishing the Annexes to the aforementioned Plant Protection Ordinance is amended. Moreover articles 18 and 19, as well as Annex 3 are amended.
