Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to prevent the circulation of harmful organisms of plants and plant products. Part 1 deals with registration of plants and Part 2 concerns requirements for a phytosanitary certificate. Part 3 lays down provisions relating to the official recognition of an area free of harmful organisms. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Plant health clearance certificate (2): Protected areas (3); Exceptions (4); Other provisions and final provisions (5).
