Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Ordinance (BGBl. I No. 253/1996). In particular, a paragraph 7 is added to article 6 dealing with bringing into circulation planting material. Moreover, a paragraph 13 is added to article 19 concerning entry into force.
