Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Ordinance (BGBl. I No. 253/1996). In particular, article 6c dealing with packaging material is added. Furthermore, paragraph 14 concerning entry into force is added to article 19, as well as an Annex 9.
