Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry amends the above-mentioned Plant Protection Ordinance (BGBl. No. 253/1996). In particular, article 16, paragraph 4, is amended and reads as follows: "A unit of the fees established in the paragraphs 1 and 3 corresponds to an amount of ATS 14.40."
