Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, the Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Ordinance 2011 (BGBl. II No. 299/2011).In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, Annex 3 dealing with fees to be charged by competent authorities for certain services.
