Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Ordinance (BGBl. No. 253/1996). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 2 concerning the protection of certain specific plants; article 17 dealing with the implementation of Commission Directive 2002/36/EC amending certain Annexes to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
