Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry amends the Plant Protection Ordinance (BGBl. No. 253/1996). The amendments concern, inter alia, article 18(6), on importation of plants and plant products within the framework of EC Council Directive No. 95/44/EG. Moreover, a paragraph 9 is added to article 18 implementing the EC Council Directive No. 97/14/EG on measures to prevent the spreading of harmful organisms of plants and plant products.
