Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Recycling Building Material Ordinance. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 6 establishing that during construction or demolition works, hazardous wastes must be separated from non-hazardous waste on construction sites. Furthermore, an article 10a dealing with recycling of construction material is added. The title of Annex 2 is reworded as follows: Quality classes for recycling of building material.
