Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Waste Management Act 2002 (BGBl. I No. 102/2002). The aim of the present Ordinance is to promote the recycling and material efficiency, in particular the preparation for re-use of building material ensuring high quality of recycled building material to promote the recycling of construction and demolition waste for the purposes of EU law targets. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Obligation during construction and demolition activities (2); Production and use of recycled building materials (3); End-waste of recycled building material (4); Specifications for the further processing of certain recycled building materials and the use thereof (5); Final and transitional provisions (6).
