Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Toys Products Ordinance (BGBl. I No. 203/2011). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 14, paragraph 1, dealing with authorization of bodies responsible for quality assessment. Furthermore, the Ordinance rewords Annex 2, Part C as follows: “Specific limit values for chemical substances used in toys intended for use by children under 36 months or in other toys intended to be placed in the mouth”.
