Article 1 of the present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources establishes that according to articles 11, paragraph 1, and 46, paragraph 1, of the Environment Promotion Act (BGBl. No. 185/1983) the “Kommunalkredit Public Consulting GmbH” is appointed as the official promotion office. The text consists of 2 articles.
