Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Traffic, Innovation and Technology amending the Waterways Traffic Ordinance, the Lake and River Traffic Ordinance and the Docks Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Waterways Traffic Ordinance, the Lake and Rivers Traffic Ordinance and the Docks Ordinance. In particular, an article is added to Part 2 entitled «Marking of vehicles using liquefied natural gas (LNG) as fuel». Also article 15 dealing with power of competent authorities is amended. Furthermore, the Ordinance amends the Lake and Rivers Traffic Ordinance. The Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 32 dealing with transport of dangerous goods; article 77 concerning traffic on waterways. Finally, the Ordinance amends article 7 on Transport of hazardous goods of the Docks Ordinance.
