Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Navigation Act (BGBl. I No. 62/1997). In particular, the provisions of the present Ordinance apply to public waters as well as to public waters and private waters listed in Annex 1 of the afore-mentioned Navigation Act. The text consists of 127 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (1); Basic provisions for navigation on lakes and rivers (2); Port Regulations (3); Transitional and final provisions (4). Four Annexes are enclosed.
