Ordinance on the First Amendment of the Skimmed Milk Powder Ordinance 1996.

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry amends the Skimmed Milk Powder Ordinance 1996 (BGBl. No. 456/1996). The amendments are as follows: Article 10, paragraph 6, establishing that producers, offerers and storers of skimmed milk must inform the "Agrarmarkt Austria"(AMA) of their tax identification number. Moreover, article 12(a), on transmission of data to the above-mentioned "Agrarmarkt" on behalf of storers, and article 12(b), on sanctions in case of violation of storage contracts, are added to article 12.
