Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Water Rights Act 1959 (BGBl. No. 215/1959). The purpose of the Ordinance is the enforcement of the National Water Management Plan Ordinance 2009 (BGBl. II No. 103) in Tyrol. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Granting of passing of fish (2); Granting of residual water flows (3); Entry into force (4).
