Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Market Organization Act 2007 and the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products of 17 December 2013. In particular, the present Ordinance implements Community market measures in the Austrian wine sector. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Promotion campaigns (2); Restructuring and conversion (3); Investments (4) ; omissis(5); Common provisions (6). Four Annexes are joint.
