Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Lower Austria National Park Law. Article 1 establishes that the area outlined in article 2 is declared theNational Park Danube-Auen. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: National Park (1); External borders (2); Transitional period (3); Provisions for external borders (4); Management plan (5); Recreation in the National Park (6); Municipalities in the National Park (7); Entry into force (8).
