Abstract
An Ordinance by the Regional Government of Vorarlberg to implement the Act on Protection of Nature and Development of Landscape (LGBl. No. 22/1997). This legal document includes provisions on monitoring species conservation, protecting specific plant and animal species (e.g. mushrooms, gentian roots, mammals, birds), and rules for collectors, breeders, and taxidermists. It addresses habitat protection and outlines exceptions. The second section focuses on Natura 2000 sites, including designation, deterioration bans, and environmental impact assessments.
