Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Animal Premium Ordinance 2000 (BGBl. II, No. 497/1999). Inter alia, article 9 on subsidies for suckler cows, and article 19 on use of such subsidies are amended. Moreover, articles 14a, 19, 20 and 29 are modified.
