Abstract
An Ordinance to implement various EC Directives on premiums for breeding of cattle and sheep as listed in article 1. The related application forms must be addressed to the regional Chamber of Commerce. Animal holders are due to keep a register of all animals, and all animals for which a premium is requested must be earmarked. There are also special premiums available for animals producing high quality meat. The "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) must report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as to the number of received applications. "Agrarmarkt Austria" is responsible for the implementation of this Ordinance. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 4 Parts and 1 Annex.
