Abstract
Based on the Upper Austria Soil Protection Law 1991 (LGBl. No. 63/1997), the present Ordinance repeals the Ordinance by the Upper Austrian government on the use of plant protection products for the control of fire blight (Upper Austria Plant Protection Products Use Ordinance) (LGBl. Nr. 42/2008). The text consists of 2 articles.
