Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Upper Austria Soil Protection Law 1991 (LGBl. No. 63/97). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the use of plant protection products for the control of fire blight. Article 4 establishes that plant protection products shall only be used in compliance with the Federal Plant Protection Products Act 1997 (BGBl. I No. 60/1997). The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Use of authorized plant protection products (2); Duty to report (3); Entry into force (4).
