Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the third and fourth Parts of the Plant Protection Act 1995. If harmful organisms are found on plants, plant products or nutritional substrates circulating within the common market, and if there is a risk of spreading of such organisms, the competent controlling authorities shall order their seizure. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions - sphere of application and proceedings (1); Official measures according to the third Part of the Plant Protection Act 1995 (2); Official measures according to the fourth Part of the Plant Protection Act 1995 (3).
