Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce the Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action to achieve the sustainable use of pesticides of 21 October 2009 and the Council Directive 2009/143/EC amending Directive 2000/29/EC as regards the delegation of the tasks of laboratory testing. The Ordinance implements also the Plant Protection Law (LGBl. No. 58/2007). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the controlled and responsible use of plant protection products. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: Use of plant protection products (1); Survey of use of plant protection products (2).
