Abstract
The present Law regulates the protection of plants and plant products against harmful substances and the fight against harmful substances. However, the Act does not apply to plant protection measures on areas to which the provisions of the Forestry Act 1975 apply. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Protection of plants (2); Use of plant protection products (3); Common provisions (4); Final provisions (5).
