Abstract
The ordinance prohibits the use of boats and floating devices powered by combustion engines or electric motors exceeding 500 watts (2200 watts on Achensee) on the listed lakes. Exceptions are allowed for official services (e.g., police, military, rescue), commercial navigation, maintenance by utility companies, professional fishing, approved events, and certified training activities. Violations are punishable under maritime law. The text consists of 4 Articles and a detailed list of the affected lakes is attached.
