Abstract
The present Law regulates the protection of plants against harmful organisms. The protective measures must be carried out according to good laboratory practices. If the spread of an harmful against is to be feared, the competent authority has to inspect plants, planting materials and all connected items, such as means of transport, buildings, etc, where it can be found. The text consists of 22 articles.
