Salzburg Nature Protection Law 1999.

The purpose of the present Law is to promote the protection of nature, the protection and the maintenance of the landscape, as well as the conservation and management of the environment as living basis and living space for human beings, plants and animals in the Land of Salzburg. The text consists of 66 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Nature protection (2); Care of landscape (3); Safeguard of nature protection and care of nature (4); Competent authorities and proceedings (5); Nature protection fee (6); Penal, final and transitional provisions (7).
