Abstract
This ordinance sets out detailed regulations for fishing in Tyrol under the Tirol Fisheries Law 2020. It covers the issuance and design of the Tyrolean fishing card, the structure and content of preparation courses and examinations for both general fishers and fishery supervisors, and the standards for sustainable fishery management. The ordinance also defines legal fishing methods, catch size limits, closed seasons, and rules for stocking and protecting aquatic animals. Measures for deterring fish-eating birds, provisions for first aid training, and the design of official ID cards and badges for enforcement officers are also included. The ordinance aims to ensure ecologically responsible fishing practices. The text consists of 19 Articles divided into 4 Parts.
