Abstract
These Regulations implement the Agricultural Produce Commission Act, 1988.
The Regulations impose to producers who sell eggs to pay a charge to the Commission at the end of each quarter, furnish to the Commission a return showing all of the sales in that quarter, and provide prescribed statistical information as defined in the text.
