Abstract
These Regulations implement the Agricultural Produce Commission Act, 1988.
The Regulations impose to producers of horticultural produce to pay charges to the Commission for the produce sold, furnish to the Commission a return showing all dealings by the dealer in horticultural produce, and provide prescribed statistical information as defined in the text.
