Abstract
These Regulations implement the Agricultural Produce Commission Act, 1988.
The Regulations impose to pork producers who sell pigs for slaughter to pay charges to the Commission as provided for in the text, furnish to the Commission a return showing all purchases of pigs for slaughter, and provide prescribed statistical information as defined in the text.
