Abstract
This Regulation implements the Agricultural Standards Act 1994 by providing specifications on the composition and labelling of fertilizers (Part 2), the labelling and prohibited materials in seeds (Part 3), labelling and other requirements for stock food (Part 4) and on general labelling requirements in agriculture (Part 5). The Regulation is completed by five schedules: Allowable variations in fertilizers attributes (whole product basis); Prohibited materials in agricultural requirements; Harmful ingredients in stock food; Minimum percentage contents for elements in fertilizers and Dictionary.
