Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Agricultural Chemical Record Keeping) Regulations 2020.

The instrument establishes record keeping duties on the responsible owner or occupier of the land in regard to the use of agricultural chemical products. These include the crop, the location and the rate of use of the agricultural chemical product.
