Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 56 Sections divided into eight Parts and completed by six Schedules, regulate Biosecurity and Agriculture Management in particular for matters related to Agriculture Standards. It specifies the maximum residue limits of several agricultural products and establishes the requirements to be met in order to manage and control the entry, establishment, spread and impact of organisms that have or may have an adverse effect on other organisms, human beings. Schedules list Maximum amounts of certain ingredients and contaminants in animal feed and fertilisers.

Entry into force notes
These regulations enter into force as follows: a) regulations 1 and 2 on the day of their publication; b) the rest of the regulations on the day on which the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 section 20 enters into force.
