Abstract
These Regulations, made under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, consisting of 4 Sections and completed by two Schedules, establish offences for which an infringement notice may be issued under section 126 of the above mentioned Act. Schedules specify prescribed offences and modified penalties and lay down related Forms.
