Bush Fire Risk Treatment Standards 2020.

These Standards apply to land in an area of the State designated as a bush fire prone area under the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1998 section 18P. The owner or occupier of land that is a risk treatment area (area identified under section 5 as area that is prone to fire and within 20 m of a building) may clear any vegetation from the land.
