Dairy Produce (Dairy Service Levy Poll) Regulations 2006 (SLI No. 261 of 2006).

These Regulations set out the requirements for the conduct of polls by the industry services body (i.e. a body declared by the Minister to be such under section 7 of the Dairy Produce Act 1986) in relation to the amount of the dairy service levy.
The purpose of the each poll is to determine the recommendation that the industry services body makes to the Minister in relation to the amount of the dairy service levy payable. Determinations may be subject to review by a Disputes Panel.
