Abstract
This regulation implements the Diseases in Timber Act 1975. It declares three diseases to be diseases under the Act, west Indian drywod termite, fivespined bark beetle and sirex wasp (sect. 4). It also declares which are the areas infested with these diseases (sect. 5) and specifies which are the measures authorised and prohibited in infected areas. This regulation repeals the all the other subordinate legislation made under the Act (sect. 10)
