Abstract
These Regulations specify that under and for the purposes of the Dividing Fences Act 1961 (the Act) “owner” does not include (a) any trustees or other persons in whom land is vested; or (b) a person who has the care, control and management of land used, for open spaces, streets, roads, or rights of way that are public.
