Abstract
This Act, consisting of 104 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by one Schedule, aims at minimizing environmental pollution by establishing a container deposit scheme to reduce beverage container waste and increase resource recovery, reuse and recycling, and by regulating the supply of single use, non-biodegradable plastic bags.
