Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 13 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, declare certain liquids not to be beverages and exempts certain beverage containers from the operation of the container deposit scheme (CDS).
A regulated container is a container to which the CDS applies and for which a supply approval is in force and that bears the approved refund marking.
The Regulations further provide for matters regarding plastic bags and for infringement notice offences.
