Abstract
This Regulation implements the Exotic Disease of Animals Act 1991. The Chief Veterinary Officer has the sole responsibility for undertaking and assisting in (a) the diagnosis of disease in humans or animals, or (b) the manufacture of vaccines, or (c) veterinary, medical or scientific research, or (d) activities of a kind specified in the authority.
Schedule 1 specifies the information to be provided in the claims for compensation.
