These Regulations amend the Principal Regulations by replacing in regulation 3 "in respect of an Australian boat" with "for an informally managed fishery in respect of an Australian boat". Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations specifies classes of prescibed licences. Regulation 4 modifies the rate of levy. (4 regulations)
