Abstract
These Regulations: (a) prescibe classes of fisheries licences granted in respect of Australian vessels for purposes of paragraph 5[a] and [ba] of the Fisheries Act 1952, and; (b) specify the rate of levy for precribed licences. (5 Regulations)
