Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 21 sections completed by two Schedules, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing the management scheme for the Abalone Fisheries. The Regulations constitute the Central Zone Abalone Fishery, the Southern Zone Abalone Fishery and the Western Zone Abalone Fishery. They regulate licences and related fees, provide for the registration of boats, for the allocation of quotas and for catch and disposal records.
