Fisheries Management (Abalone Fisheries) Regulations 2017.

These Regulations, consisting of 19 sections completed by two Schedules, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing the management scheme for the Abalone Fisheries. The Regulations constitute the Central Zone Abalone Fishery, the Southern Zone Abalone Fishery and the Western Zone Abalone Fishery. They regulate licences, maximum number of licences that may be in force, and related fees, providing for the registration of boats, for the allocation of quotas and for catch and disposal records.
