Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 11 sections and completed by two Schedules, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing the management scheme for the Gulf St. Vincent Prawn Fishery, the Spencer Gulf Prawn Fishery and the West Coast Prawn Fishery. They regulate licences and related fees, provide for the registration of boats, for the allocation of quotas and for catch and disposal records.
Notes
These regulations prescribing a scheme of management for a fishery under the repealed Fisheries Act 1982 were continued in force by Sch 1 cl 5(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 2007 as if they were regulations for the management of the fishery made under the Fisheries Management Act 2007.Last amendments up to: 2014, Gazette No. 270 of 13 November 2014 p.6450.
